Metro Chicago

Opened in 1982 in a former ballroom above a restaurant, the Metro has been the heartbeat of Chicago\'s indie and alternative scene for over four decades. The 1,100-capacity room has a storied history launching careers — Smashing Pumpkins were regulars before they broke nationally.

Thalia Hall

Pilsen\'s crown jewel is a beautifully restored 1892 public hall with excellent acoustics and a strong indie/folk/alternative booking policy. The ornate balcony offers some of the best views in Chicago.

House of Blues Chicago

The Chicago flagship of the House of Blues chain, located in the Marina City towers on the Chicago River. Strong cross-genre booking with a particularly good blues and soul calendar alongside mainstream indie and rock.

Aragon Ballroom

The stunning 1926 Moorish Revival ballroom holds 4,500 and is Chicago\'s grandest mid-size venue. The ornate interior makes even average shows feel special.

Schuba\'s Tavern

The 150-capacity Lakeview bar has been a cornerstone of Chicago\'s singer-songwriter and indie scene for decades. Intimate, sweaty, and reliably excellent bookings.
