Singer.
Diane Lewis is a sister of Pat Lewis. She was born October 14, 1948.
Detroit singer Diane joined her sister Pat, in The Adorables girl group who recorded tracks for Ed Wingate's Golden World label.
Diane also had a couple of releases under her own name including one gem, "Please Let Me Help You". This track started life as a fine piece of songwriting from Fred Briggs, which, joined together with a very sympathetic rhythm section and big horn section gave the perfect backdrop for Diane to create a deep soul masterpiece.
The first issue released on Love (also owned by Ed Wingate) specifies MGM recording artist Andrea Henry as the producer, but when it came out on Wand vocalist Herman Griffin’s name was added.
