About

American punk/roots folk band from Los Angeles, California co-founded by Chris D. and wife (at-the-time) Julie Christensen in 1983 after the split of The Flesh Eaters and in the wake of D.'s first solo record, "Time Stands Still" (which was credited as "Chris D./Divine Horseman" and which Julie sang on).

Name is derived from a Flesh Eaters song on the 'A Minute To Pray A Second To Die' LP.

Active until 1988, when band and couple split. A planned reformation and tour in 2018 was cancelled due to bassist Robyn Jameson's tragic murder. Reformed to record in Autumn 2019 with D., Christensen, Andrus, X and sometime Flesh Eaters drummer DJ Bonebrake, and bassist Bobby Permanent.
