    Son of Willem Hendrik Zwart. He is a pupil of Feike Asma and graduated at the Rotterdams Conservatory in 1983. Since 1987, he is the principal organist of the Dutch Reformed "Nieuwe Westerkerk" in the Dutch city of Capelle aan den IJssel.
