Grindcore/Crust Punk band from Poland. Founded in September 1999 in Ropczyce, Subcarpathia. At the beginning, as a description of their music the guys chose term "Light Grind Punk", which was basically a mixture of grind, crust and punk. Then, along with subsequent changes in the line-up, the music also evolved, moving more and more towards grindcore.

H.407 played their last concert at the legendary punk bar Pilon in Toruń, Poland on August 9, 2008 with Infekcja, Vicious Circle and S.A.T.A.N..
