Born in Jamaica in 1955 and moved to the UK in the late 1960s. He worked as a backing singer with producer Laurel Aitken and as a salesman for Junior Lincoln before recording [url=https://www.discogs.com/master/707563]Jamaica[/url] for Trojan Records and [url=https://www.discogs.com/release/6892634]Homeward Bound[/url] for Banana (2) in 1971.
He launched the labels Honey Boy, Sol-Fa International (with undefined) and Akin in 1975; H.B in 1976; and Collette and Greenway Records with undefined in 1978.
