    The "Tuff Enuff" nickname dates from the late 1980s when Double Trouble planned to release an album with the title Tuff Enuff. The title became As One but Karl continued to use the name when DJing at the Double Trouble Roadshows and, later, for his own production and remix work; it is now trademarked.
