Lee Wallin

About

Member of the noteworthy Wallin Family of Madison County, North Carolina who were celebrated for their large repertoire of Appalachian folk ballads which brought them to the attention of folk music enthusiasts during the American folk music revival of the 1960s. Lee was married to Berzilla Wallin who's maiden family were the Chandlers, also of folk music richness. He and Berzilla were the parents of Doug Wallin & Jack Wallin.
