Spanish writer of Zarzuela's librettos (Manila, Filipinas, January 18, 1863 - Gijón, Asturias, October 3, 1920), most of them written along with Guillermo Perrín, as "Bohemios" (with music by Amadeo Vives, 1904) or "La Corte de Faraón" (with music by Vicente Lleó, 1910).
