Socca Moruakgomo AKA Mr. Rain is Botswana's renowned and experienced Musician who has been in the Jazz Aren since 1986 after leaving Botswana Defence Force in pursuit for a music Career. His Musicianship is built from Passion, something that motivated him to study Music with the Royal School of Music in London the United Kingdom, later furthering Studies at the Julliard School of Music in the United States of America. Beyond Music and the Military, Socca is a decorated Karate Teacher. The Trumpet Blower has a total of Five Albums all developed with strong collaborations with musicians from around the world. His Music has inspired the development of Jazz and Live Music in Botswana. Well known for his contribution to the Sarafina Tour around the world with invitation from Legendary Bra Hugh K. Masekela of South Africa
