He has occasionally studied privately with masters Dennis Irwin, Ben Street, Johannes Weidenmueller, all of whom teach clarity, the use of space, band support and creativity through the bass. He had performed as musicians as Tigran Hamasyan, Jeff Ballard, Chris Cheek, Jorge Rossy, Bill McHenry, Vincent Peirani, Bugge Wesseltoft, Emile Parisien, Rick Margitza, [a=Carolina Katun], Jeremy Udden, Macha Gharibian, Nelson Veras.
