Swedish music group formed by Kerstin Andeby, Britten Emilson (Edvinsson) and Gunilla Östergren in 1970. It was thought that Kerstin Andeby and Britten Emilsson would perform at Sundstagymnasiet's Lucia party. Bertil Andersson and Bertil Engh, who played in the group The Farmers, would also perform at the same Lucia party. However, they chose to perform together and then formed the group Pastellerna. They broke through when their first single "Ler, ber och bönar" made it to the Svensktoppen in 1972. The group was expanded with more members and in 1978 they performed together with Lars Berghagen at Berns in Stockholm. Pastellerna then consisted of Kerstin Andeby, Birgitta Höber, Bertil Engh, Stig Jonsson, Henrik Nilsson and Peter Wanngren. The group was active until 1982, when it took a long break. In 2002, the group re-emerged and now consists of Kerstin Andeby, Britten Emilson, Bertil Andersson and Bertil Engh.
