Poparzeni Kawą Trzy is a band established in 2005 by journalists of Polish radio stations: RMF FM, Zet, Eska ROCK, RDC and national television channel TVP. At the beginning they played cover versions of cult Russian bands Leningrad and 5Nizza, then they started making their own songs with lyrics written by Rafał Bryndal, an unofficial eighth member of the band. At the same time they won Journalists Award at Sopot Top Trendy Festival for “Kawałek do tańca”. They have also played at numerous Polish festivals including Festival Of Russian Songs in Zielona Góra, Reggae Festival in Ostróda and Przystanek Woodstock in Kostrzyn.
