Born either in Morrinhos or Água Limpa, Goiás (sources are not very clear) on February 9 1952. One half of the sertanejo duo Léo Canhoto & Robertinho with Léo Canhoto. Pioneers of the fusion of pop rock, pop country ballads and cowboy throwaways with Brazilian country folk.
