An American musician, best known for his two albums of electronic music in the early 1980s during the initial years of the Private Music label. He was one of the first musicians working in the digital domain, and was a Fairlight Computer Music Instrument operator for artists such as [a=Kuris Blow], [a=Psychedelic Furs], Nile Rodgers, Lou Rawls. During the 1980s / 1990s Sanford was an independent Hollywood sound designer and producer. As leader of Botanica, he created music from and about fractals. He currently works as a healing practitioner in California, USA.
