Santi Ugarte

Founder of Shanti Records (2) label. "Donosti Sound" tag maker with Gregorio Gálvez, originally used in late 70s but also used in early 90s scene. Passed away in 2010.

Spanish promoter ("Tiburon Concerts"), record shop owner "Discos Ugarte" since late 1970s based in San Sebastian - Donostia. Also promoted concerts in Bilbao and some other Spanish cities. Reformed and old theater for gigs and renamed it as "Autodromo de Lasarte".
Iñigo Argomaniz worked with him from 1981 to 1991 and then founded Get In Produciones.
