Simon Smith

Simon Smith studied music at Goldsmiths College, University of London, gaining a Masters Degree in electro-acoustic composition in 2000. He studied with British composers such as Katharine Norman, Andrew Poppy, and classical piano with John Tilbury.

He also toured as drummer with the James Hardway, playing major festivals around the world including Glastonbury, UK.

In 2002 he moved to Barcelona, Spain, where he currently works as a media composer and producer from his studio, BCNSOUND. He has worked with agencies such as VASAVA, Tribal DDB, Double You and Summa for clients that include Agustin Villaronga, Volkswagen, Nike, BBC, and spanish TV3.
