Systerpolskan

Swedish folk music group with female musicians, formed in 2016. Systerpolskan consists of some of the foremost female folk musicians from Uppland and Dalarna and was formed on the initiative of some of the members and the group's producer Benny Andersson. The group mixes traditional folk music with newly written and consists basically of Täpp Ida Almlöf, Verf Lena Egardt, Cajsa Ekstav, Erika Lindgren Liljenstolpe, Sonia Sahlström, Lena Willemark and Cecilia Österholm, and Benny Andersson as co-musician and partly composer. In the summer of 2016 and 2018, the group participated in SVT's Allsång at Skansen and has also played in the TV program Moraeus med mera.
