About

Danish country group fronted by Teddy Edelmann (vocals, rhythm-guitar) that in various line-ups goes back to 1965 but didn't surface until the early 70's when their Danish rendidtion of "Take me home country road" became a hit. Besides Edelmann, the original members were Chano Tietze (lead guitar), Jan Pedersen (drums) and John Friis (bass).

After the band folded, "Teddy and Chano" continued to play together in Teddy & Chano Rodeo and "Jan and John" in Danica. Pedersen and Friis also previously played together in Scarlets.
