The Polar Dream is an instrumental post-rock band from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, formed in 2004. Its lineup is made up of Oby, Chaka, Alex, Art, Cosmo. The intention is to create unpretentious music, just for the fun of it, helping to grow the post-rock scene in Mexico. Their main influences are bands like Múm, Mogwai and Sigur Rós, among others.
