    German author and puppeteer, born 4. February 1941 in Kiel, he was TV editor with the German broadcaster Norddeutscher Rundfunk from 1971 to 2002, and is well known for children's programms such as Hase Cäsar and Plumpaquatsch. He also was Felix Lochnase on many records.
