Igor Ivanovich Raevsky (born January 30, 1937, Moscow) is a Soviet and Russian choirmaster, conductor, teacher, People's Artist of the RSFSR.
In 1949-1954 he studied at the Moscow Sveshnikov Choral School (now the V. S. Popov Academy of Choral Art).
In 1954-1958 he studied at the Military Conducting Faculty (Institute of Military Conductors) at the Academy of Choral Art.
In 1995-2007, he was artistic director and chief conductor of the [url=https://www.discogs.com/ru/artist/1386786]A. V. Sveshnikov[/url] State Academic Russian Folk Choir (Государственный Академический Русский Хор Им. А. В. Свешникова).
In 2008-2012, he was artistic director and chief conductor of The Alexandrov Red Army Ensemble.
