Rock trio from Newport, South Wales, in the style of punk / pub garage rock / power pop with a dash of mod. Their songs and approach embodied elements of The Jam and Dr. Feelgood, classic UK stripped-down guitar rock. Mike Cole and Richard Parfitt were originally introduced to each other in 1992 by Donna Matthews (later of Elastica), who was dating Cole at the time while also working at a pizza restaurant with Parfitt. The group released two albums in the mid-nineties and supported the Sex Pistols at that group's comeback gig in Finsbury Park in 1996 before splitting in 1998.
