About

Alvik is an energy packed fusion of new genres arranged and performed by a collective of musicians from Prague. A five piece group of kontrabass, DJ with samples, flute, and live drums with a soulfull female punch from America on vocals. Alvik is jazzy, electronic, smooth jazz and lively. The members of Alvik are composing, writing and performing their owm original music, as well as creating remixes for their performances by artists such as dZihan & Kamien and Fila Brazillia. Alvik have completed their demo including three original songs: "Ballad In Paris", a jazzy ride with a dance groove, "Race" an energy packed Indic flavored piece and "Odysea", a smooth chilled composition enhanced by strings. Currently the band is working on a debut long player whilst airing the new tunes at numerous live gigs .
