A brutal/ progressive death metal band from Prague, Czech Republic. Formed in 1995 and were active as Appalling Spawn until 1999. The departure of drummer Gabriel "Gábin" Pavlík in 1999, prompted the remaining members to change their name to Lykathea Aflame. By 2002, the band shortened their name to Lykathé.
