Arafúra

Arafúra is an organic ambient project by Michel de Jong, based in the Netherlands. Manipulating guitar sounds, using celestial keys, sampling, old analog sources, strings, harmoniums, various acoustic instruments, non-acoustic instruments and programming to create organic soundscapes with a structured sensibility. Warmth, spontaneity, our surroundings, our hopes and dreams - that’s what’s at the heart of this collective.
