Awake The Rapper

Robert Eugene "Bobby" Crimo III (born: September 20, 2000), better known by his stage name Awake (stylized as Awake the Rapper), is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and visual artist from Chicago, Illinois. In 2015 he signed with SoundCloud's Repost Network and quickly amassed a cult following after 2016's release 'By the Pond' featuring Atlas. Awake and Atlas later collaborated on the tracks Summer Vibes and Counter Terrorist.
Awake formed the Sleepy Squad collective; an independent group of artists, rappers, and producers who often collaborated on side projects making their discographies expansive and loaded with rare finds. Awake was a highly prolific artist whose entire catalog still contains dozens of unreleased and unheard tracks.
