Barry Class

Business man who co-managed The Foundations with Ron Fairway. After a power struggle, Fairway was ousted and Class became their sole manager for some time. He also produced the single, "[url=https://www.discogs.com/release/11748455-The-Ways-And-Means-Breaking-Up-A-Dream-She]Breaking Up a Dream[/url]" for The Ways And Means, a group who Fairway had managed and produced for.

In addition to producing for The Foundations, he produced some of the solo efforts for two former lead singers of the group, Clem Curtis and Colin Young. Other artists he produced for include David Kubinec and [url=https://www.discogs.com/artist/308625]Consortium[/url].

Class owned [url=https://www.discogs.com/label/2739365-Trend-Records-Ltd]Trend Records Ltd.[/url], and [url=https://www.discogs.com/label/127191-Trend-2]Trend Records[/url] as well as several music releated organisations including a chain of record shops.
