Bernie Grossman

American songwriter, lyricist and author educated in public schools.
Born August 21, 1885 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA.
Died October 2, 1951 in Hollywood, California, USA.
Grossman wrote special material for films and the Broadway stage score for "Linger Longer Letty".
He joined ASCAP in 1922, his chief musical collaborator was Al Goodman, and his other popular-song compositions include "Little Grey Mother", "How I Love You, Mother Mine", "Too Beautiful for Words", "Wonder If She's Lonely, Too", "We're Going Over", "Buddy", and "You Didn't Want Me When You Had Me".
