Blad MC

Blad MC was born on 30 January 1982, in the province of Las Tunas, Cuba. He began his career as a rap and hip-hop artist in 1996, collaborating with major figures in the Cuban urban music scene. In 1998, Blad MC embarked on a solo career, as Cuban rap didn't have a large audience, and for Cuban rappers, changing genres was considered almost a betrayal. He abandoned the idea of ​​being a singer for several years until 2002, when the reggaeton wave began to spread internationally, and he joined the movement. During this time, Blad MC formed a group called "From Caribe". In 2005, Blad MC met music producer Javier Conde (known as [a=DJ Conds]), marking the beginning of a new musical era for the artist with a fresh sound and improved musical quality.
