Jovan Ilic, also known as Bons, is a drum and bass DJ and producer from Novi Sad, Serbia. He has made a significant impact on the drum and bass scene. His older brother introduced him to the world of Neurofunk in 2005, sparking his passion for intricate melodies and powerful Reese basslines.
Bons started his DJ career in 2011 and quickly gained attention with his high-energy sets and innovative sound. He reached a breakthrough in August 2017 with the release of his debut EP, "Vision," on True Bass Recordings—a milestone that set the stage for a remarkable career.

Bons' relentless work ethic and creative flair have led to the release of over 70 tracks across more than 20 respected labels in the drum and bass genre, including Close 2 Death, Hanzom Music, Bass Rabbit, and High Resistance. He has gained recognition and support from heavyweights like Black Sun Empire, Cause 4 Concern, Concord Dawn, Jade, Disphonia, Mindscape, Maztek, Erb N Dub, and Abis (formerly known as June Miller).

Throughout the years, Bons has performed at renowned venues such as the Cross Club in Prague and has energized crowds at the Pirate Station Festival in Russia, playing in front of 10,000 fans. His sets feature a unique blend of fierce Neurofunk, smooth Rollers, and a touch of Balkan flavor, leaving a long-lasting impression on the crowd and creating a buzz that lingers well after the lights go out.
