Brain Eaters

Horror punk / hardcore / goth-punk band from NY, formed in 1986. Like their forebears Misfits and Samhain, mid-'80s NYC deathrockers Brain Eaters combined the raunchy jolt of punk rock (often laced with goth and metal tinges) with classic horror-movie titles and themes. This was the band Damien joined directly upon leaving SAMHAIN. After a 35 year hiatus, the band reformed in 2024 with original singer / songwriter Joe Truck and members of Deathrock band DREZDEN.
