Buried Under Stars

Indie Rock band from Ciudad López Mateos, State of Mexico, created by Mauricio Avendaño (guitar, vocals).

A rotating cast of musicians continuously joined him for live performances until a final lineup consolidated around 2015 with Gabriel Benavente on multiple instruments (mainly vocals, bass, drums), Héctor Bravo on a second guitar, and Linda Tan on the bass. Shortly before Benavente’s departure, César Ortíz fully joined on the drumkit. However, the project was put on hiatus soon after, and the remaining members went on to form Loiis.
Disbanded in 2018.
