Combatentes Da Cidade

Brazilian rock band formed in Vitória in 1985 and first appeared in the Boate Smoke Island in 1986.
Band formed by Alexandre Lima (Sax and Vocals), Dodo Lee Jones (Bass), Paulo Pelissari (Guitar) and Marcelo Bambi (Drums). Later in 1986 changed guitarist by Saulo Simonassi and drummer by Mário B.
In 1987 performed by the first time in Rio de Janeiro and Brasília in the Parque da Cidade.
In 1989 the band moved to Rio de Janeiro and only Alexandre Lima still in the band. During this period the band members was very rotative with the participation of Flávia Virgínia (Daugher of Djavan), Sergio Melo, Joe Jalsha, André Rodrigues, Rogério Moutinho and others.
The band return to Vitória in 1991 when was disbanded. During its existence they didn't record any record.
