The Atlanta-based group DATBU (Divinity And The Breakfast Unit) was founded at North Atlanta High School in 1992. The group was founded by Divinity Roxx (Debbie Walker), and Corey Peyton along with Chad Browning (Clever Love), and Kamal (Cheezy Feets). Lewis Miller, (Pogo) joined the group as a dancer shortly after it was formed. The group morphed into DATBU (Divinity Roxx, Clever Love, and Pogo) who formed FoolProof Records in 1996 and released the first EP, FoolProof in 1996, produced by DJ Kemit.
