Drummer from Albany, California. Played in the legendary East Bay punk group Operation Ivy. After the breakup of Operation Ivy, Dave went on to play in the ska-punk group Downfall, along with former OpIvy band mates Tim Armstrong and Matt Freeman. After the demise of Downfall, Dave started the band "Schlong" (with his brother Pat Mello).
