Dazaranha

Brazilian reggae rock band formed in Florianópolis, state of Santa Catarina mixed the music with local references in 1992 with the members Gazú (lead vocals and guitar), Moriel (guitar and vocals), Chico (vocals and guitar), Adauto (bass), Fernando (violin), Gerry (percussion) and Zé Caetano (drums). Now, the band still make the same music with songs full of influences from the culture of the city fused with elements other than reggae and rock and takes different concerts, sometimes just the band, sometimes with Camerata Florianópolis, a partnership held since 2017. Gazú leaves the band in 2016, actually the lead singers are Chico and Moriel, but with new members: JC Basañez (drums) since 2008 and Eduardo "Dinho" Stormowski (guitars and vocals) since 2016.
