DJ Booker

Born in Thessaloniki, and having music in his "veins" from early on in life, Dj Booker has made music his life! Scratching Hip Hop and Break music on a high level, he managed to distinguish himself from the pack on the DMC competition, having won 4th and 3rd best place on the 2000 and 2001 competitions respectively and is now considered to be one of the best Dj's in Cuts, all according to the "undercover" magazine in the UK.

A close collaborate for 4 years of the "Active Member" group in Greece, he has participated in numerous live events and contributed to 17 discographic productions with scratching, sampling, mastering and producing roles for "Freestyle Productions".

Dj booker started creating his own style of music and collaborated with many greek musicians after 2006 some of them are Cayetano , Info , Fulleffekt team and more.

Started on mid 2008 Dj Booker is also heavily involved with web radio casting, and is a member of the "Paranoise Radio" group, playing mostly hip hop ,dubstep and drum'n'bass tunes over the net waves.

Breathe Records is a digital label run by Dj Booker. Based in Thessaloniki and Athens, Greece. they are focusing their production on dubstep drum n bass and glitchhop music. Our forthcoming releases will be distributed worldwide at all on-line shops including Beatport, iTunes, Juno Download, TrackItDown etc.

On his DjSets, he considers music as a platform for a "journey" to the world of Scratching and Djing. From Dubstep to Drum 'n' Bass with a drop dose of scratching, it all blends to the successful recipe of Dj Booker's music sound!
