American jazz pianist and composer Born September 23, 1947 in New York City, New York, died June 01, 1996 in New York City, New York Don worked with "Dreams" (fusion group, from 1969 to 1971), The Brecker Brothers" (1975), "Steps Ahead" (early 1980s) and played on session recordings including Joe Farrell, George Benson, Peter Erskine, David Sanborn, John Scofield, Mike Stern, Bob Mintzer and many of Linda Ronstadt's albums. From 1986 on he recorded as a leader.
