In 1991 after Double Action had disbanded Robert A and Leon executed a reformation of the group and enlisted the help of a young producer by the Name of Isaias Gamboa and together with Robert "A" they began writing and producing new material for the newly formed group. Leon brought in to help with music production, music producer D La'Vance who brought in rapper Crabrill C. Williams who completed the group by bringing in DJ Cleon ("Bookquarm") Bernard. Under its revised name Double Action Theatre (DAT) the group secured a record deal and released their first self titled album in 1992 off the Polydor Record label with their Single and video "Something Special."
