Earl worked with : Wade Whaley, Sidney Desvignes, Manny Perez, Chris Kelly, Buddy Petit, "Onward Brass Band", "Eureka Brass Band", Lee Collins, Kid Howard, Percy Humphrey (his brother), Kid Sheik, DeDe Pierce and others.
Brother of clarinetist [a=Willie Humphrey], and trumpeter Percy Humphrey.
