De Armand "Eddie" Noack, Jr (b. April 29, 1930 in Houston, Harris County, Texas USA, d. February 5, 1978 in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee USA), was an American country and western singer, songwriter and music industry executive best known for his 1968 recording of Leon Payne's serial killer song Psycho, on K-Ark Records label and Produced by John Capps. Noack attended Baylor University, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in English and journalism.
