    Greek singer. Βorn on 17 October 1957 in Piraeus, Greece. She originates from the islands of Icaria and Paxi.

    Her singing career began in July 1979 when, Άγγελος Σφακιανάκης (then a member of a touring Rebetiko trio, consisting of himself, Γιάννης Εμμανουηλίδης & Στράτος Στρατηγόπουλος under the name Κομπανία) accidentally heard her singing at a nearby table in a tavern on Skopelos island and, excited, invited her to join them; Πέτρος Εξαρχάκος joined soon after and the group was renamed Οπισθοδρομική Κομπανία; they disbanded in 1985.
    In August 2004, she participated in the closing ceremony of the Athens Olympics.
