About

Italian musician and actor (Turin, 21 February 1953 – Turin, 13 April 2021).
He released in 1977 his only album, “L’Eliogabalo”, a typical artefact of last years of the italian counterculture. “L’Eliogabalo” (from a 1934 Antonin Artaud's text) is an opera concept where surreal and pessimistic lyrics blend in an interesting way with sophisticated music with some prog reminiscences. The album featured known italian musicians such as Lucio Dalla, Ron, Teresa De Sio, Claudio Lolli, Gaio Chiocchio (Pierrot Lunaire) and Arturo Stalteri (Pierrot Lunaire), Unfortunately, due to poor promotion, the album sold very little and soon fell into oblivion until the end of the 90s when it began to be rediscovered.
