Entombed

Death metal band from Stockholm, Sweden, formed in 1989. Formerly known as Nihilist.

In 2014 the members ended up in a legal feud over the rights for the Entombed band name. As a result Alex Hellid (as an original member) kept the rights for the Entombed name while the rest remaining active members (including the long time vocalist L-G Petrov) continued as Entombed A.D.

In 2016 Andersson, Cederlund & Hellid reunited for live shows to celebrate the 25th anniversary of band's second album Clandestine. In July 2022 the band reunited for a festival gig in memory of their former vocalist LG Petrov.
