Eric Fish (Erik Hecht) is the frontman/singer of the German folk/gothic metal band Subway To Sally. In 1988 he started his first band, called Catriona, playing folk music. This band splitt in 1990, after having released one tape ("The Rightfull King"). In 1991 he joined his current band Subway To Sally, in the beginning as a bagpipe/tinwhistle-player and co-singer, after the release of "Album 1994" as the main singer. Since 1999 he has been touring Germany with a solo programme, consisting of self-written songs and cover songs. He was joined firstly by Rainer Michalek, then by Uwe Nordwig and lastly by Gerit Hecht and has released two official solo albums and one self-produced CD aptly named "Zugabe" (Encore). Eric has also participated on other releases as a guest singer / tinwhistle/bagpipe-player.
