About

Esther Dobong’Na Essienne, known as Estha Divine, is a multi-instrumentalist of Cameroonian origin born in Paris. She entered the conservatory at 5 years old and came out with a prize at the piano. She learned drums, bass and guitar (self-taught) and composed her first pieces at 12 years old. In 1982, she formed the Blackheart Daughters trio with her two sisters (including Princess Erika, for whom she would later provide backing vocals in solo recordings), occupying voice, bass and drums.

She released the single "Ayana", with an African and soul atmosphere and in 1997 performed the two main titles of the film "Les sœurs Soleil": "Show Me the Way" and "Les hommes je les consomme".

Always faithful to Mylène Farmer for nearly twenty years, Estha Divine provides the backing vocals on All the star's tours since the 1996 Tour, and participates as a backing singer in the recording of some studio titles (C'est dans l'air, A force of…, Have we ever, Down here…, You do not say it).

Esther is a sister of the singer and actress Princess Erika.
