She is the sister of Zsa Zsa Gabor.
Eva appeared both in films and on Broadway in the 1950s, as well as in several "A"-movies. She is best remembered as Lisa Douglas, the socialite turned farm wife on Green Acres (1965) with co-star Eddie Albert playing her attorney husband Oliver Wendell Douglas.
