American fiddle player (Born: March 23, 1868 in Fannin County, Georgia, USA - Died: December 11, 1949 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA) Inducted into the Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame (1982) and Georgia Music Hall of Fame (1984). A member of the WSM Grand Ole Opry. Carson was among the earliest recorded Country musicians.
