Producer and manager from Chicago, Illinois.
Worked from the early days of house with Phil Balsano, Larry Sturm and Steve "Silk" Hurley for D.J. International Records.
Rodrigo was Hurley's first manager in the late 1980s/early 1990s and together they founded D.J. International Records in 1988, D.J. International Records in 1989 and D.J. International Records in 1990 before legal issues led to them parting company in 1993.
Ran his own labels D.J. International Records and D.J. International Records in the mid-1990s.
